Prior to his current role, he held several key positions, including Head of Provincial Sales and Distribution at the Standard Bank Group, Head of Channel Development at Liberty Africa Insurance, Market Solutions Manager at Mutual & Federal, and Product Manager at Absa. Lefa holds a MCom Entrepreneurship from University of Johannesburg, B Com Honours in Business Management from University of South Africa (Unisa), Management Development Programme from Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), Higher Diploma - Integrated Marketing Communication with specialisation in Brand Management from AAA School of Advertising, National Diploma Marketing from Pretoria Technikon (TUT).
